Contacting fiverr.com with an issue

I tried to order a business card, and thought I had placed an order, paid by pay pal (twice)

I was then told by the supplier that I had not placed an order. I certainly have had 2 paypal transactions, but I can’t get to fiverr.com to raise this issue. The resolution centre is only for orders that have been placed. Perhaps there needs to be an online support person as well. What happens to the money I’ve paid, if I can’t raise an order?
