Outside websites

To begin with, my main gig is doing homework. One of my customers has given me a link that led to a website which requires a login name and a password. He has given me the details to his account to complete his academic work. Is it against the Terms of Service to do actually go on another website and do this?

Just an extra information, I was thinking of making him pay before I go on the website and start doing the work.
