Feedback removal option for order cancellation

is there any way to remove 1 star review from my gig which I got for order cancellation ?

If the reason is something like “Cancelled order. Seller failed to deliver on time!” that means it was an auto feedback from the fiverr system which indicates you failed to deliver a service and chances of getting it removed are very slim. You could try and contact CS and try to give them a million reasons why they should remove it, otherwise you are stuck with it

@merrle Keep in mind that Customer Support will probably check out your profile if you ask them for feedback removal, and that they will see that you’re selling forbidden services like Instagram followers and YouTube subscribers.

You might want to make sure that you’re not violating Fiverr’s Terms of Service before you contact Customer Support.
