Product Delivery

I had a question about product delivery of digital products. I typically do it through a limited use URL that has a click through copyright, work for hire, etc notice depending on the agreement on the product. Is that allowed by the TOS? Once you’ve accepted gig from fiverr can I have them collect the files via my typical workflow? In some cases they could be files up to 4gb, and if I do any creative work I want to make sure that rights are understood and transferred correctly.
