My level base is remove

I am always active in fiverr . but last 2- 3 days cant work in fiverr , for that i loss my level one base 😦

i login fiverr from my mobile for quick replay with my client but fiverr support team informe i am inactive 😦

what should i do now ?

2-3 days inactive may not be the reason, there should be other reason for this. Did the Support Team clarify anything more?
