How much does a request have to pend before it get approved?

I submitted a request 2 hours ago and i’m still waiting here, is this normal ?

What kind of request was it? I do like your invention of the new word pend by the way, or at least it’s a new word to me.

I believe it’s a request for a job, normal one.
And what i meant by the word pend is when a request is in the pending section as it shows in the screenshot.

I am not experienced with buyer requests so maybe someone else will have the answer.
