Level One

I am 31 days in with 100% rating and 14 sales/1 mutual cancel, but no level 1. Is the cancel preventing me from getting Level 1? If so, I think my cancel was a move to hurt my rating since I fulfilled the request twice, but buyer was completely off the handle on the work not being like the examples he sent. The work was just like those samples, but the second sample set was edited and cropped differently than the first images. I have raves from every person, but this one and we just could not agree.

one day you will be level 1

Since the level for one is automatic, why would i need to wait? I worked very hard to get those gigs so that i may go to the next level for the perks. I am trying to find out if this cancel has restricted me and how to fix the problem. I can’t find any info related to my questions.
