When will the funds from the gig extras purchased after initial purchase come through?

I have several cases where a customer ordered a gig and later added a gig extra and the money from the extra hasn’t come through. For example, I have a $302 custom gig ($260 from the original gig and $42 from the gig extra) so with 20% taken by Fiverr that would be 241.6 but I have only received $208.
What is the reason for this? Thanks in advance!

This shouldnt be happened
If you are having 302$ total gig price then you should get 241.6
If you missed it please contact with fiverr cs
