Same Spam Message from different sellers

I received same 4 message from 4 different user and all of them seller on fiverr don’t know what’s happening with me 😦

There’s nothing wrong with you, it’s just some random spammer who probably made a bunch of different accounts. Maybe respond with something random to keep your response rate, then report them and forget about it 🙂
