Seller not Responding to Requests for Old Olders

Hi, I had purchased an order which was duly fulfilled by the seller. Since he did a good job, I gave him excellent ratings.

However I realised he hasnt shared any high resolution files of the work he executed. Now months later I need to print some promotional material which requires high resolution files.

I messaged him again asking for those files. But I am not getting any response from him.

What do I do?

There isn’t really much you can do I’m afraid.

As you said, it’s months since you ordered, you marked the order as complete - job done.

If you can get in contact with the seller, and by some chance they’ve kept your files, then they may be able to help you.

It’s always best to check you’ve received everything , as set out in the gig description, before you mark an order complete.

In addition, if you really need those high resolution files, there are many gigs here who could redesign your work for a higher resolution print format. All you have to do is find the right person for the job.
