You will be able to change it there if necessary.To make sure you are actually online and active on Fiverr, it is required to show some sort of activity like visiting buyer request, checking your gigs etc. If you show your activity on Fiverr after every 5-7 minutes, your green dot will remain green otherwise it will turn to gray… 10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am online for about 1 hour but the online icon is still grey and not green, I already check the setting and choose to be online but still I have grey icon. I have spoken to a few SELLER's about the spuratic nature of this indicator since. Our conclusion, is that it appears the ONLINE Status Indicator issue is a FIVERR platform software problem.
