Newbie needs help with Advice gig

I am wanting to set up an advice/consulting gig. What is the best way to communicate with a buyer for this type of gig? I’ve seen s***e mentioned in a title. Do some sellers set up gigs like this to messaging or email? My gig will offer to answer a certain number of questions, (like 10) or possibly a time limit. (like 10 minutes). After the purchase, do sellers then tell the buyers how to communicate their questions? I’m just trying to figure out what the best/easiest way to accomplish this kind of consulting… Thanks in advance!
