Guest seohut Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 :-?Again bad luck hit me, My buyer who ordered gig 2 gig nearly 2 month ago, Last night, She leaves a negative feedback (after 2 month) the completed gig, But question is why? she leaves a negative feedback after 2 month, reason is really funny! She have no idea how to change password or how to change recovery option, no knowledge on social media.It is really panic! suppose you provide a facebook cover design, after 2 month facebook change their cover Image size, Then, Buyer login his fiverr account and posted a bad feedback like that… they delivered unprofessional work, I emailed them and they ignored me. I pd extra also!, this is so unfair to us as sellersMY QUESTION1. How much time, I need to support a seller after fairly complete work, 2 month, 3 month or more just only for 4$2. How to Face these kinds of situation?3. Can, I cancel the gig, if buyer not remove the review4. What is the Permanent solution?
sinsin Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Hi Seohut,Did you go to resolution center and contact Customer support?I experienced 1 times, in which my customer posted wrong feedback, I contacted CS and it was only 5 days for the wrong feedback to be removed. And of course overall rating recovered.
