Buyers will message me, but when I click on their message to reply to them, I’m not allowed to open it and then this orange thing pops up and says “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly.” Why is this happening? I feel like I’m missing out on people buying my gigs because I can’t get back to some of their messages. What can I do to fix this? Is there any other way I can contact the person? Thanks!
