Fiverr Stats are bugish don’t waste your time on them, you should try to contact Fiverr support for that or just keep improving your Gigs.

If someone changes his/her whole gig, is this practice okay? Especially I was asking if I have delivered work on my voice talent gig and then due to limited number of gigs, I change it to a graphic designing one, is it good? Will i lost my previous reviews or not?

You should not change a whole gig so drastically. The permalink will still say voice and the reviews were for your skills related to voice work.

If you change a gig that much there is a good chance Fiverr will remove it without notice. You might get a warning as well.

Yes you will get in trouble since this is against the terms of service.

You must keep everything here on fiverr including sending things.

You cannot send anyone your email and they cannot send you theirs.

This is for you own protection too. Usually scammers target new sellers to try to get them to send their email or chat off of fiverr so they can blackmail them.

Its better to put clearly in your gig faq’s section.

Q. Can I have your email/contact/s***e details so we can communicate easily?
A. Sorry, this is totally against Fiverr TOS! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr TOS.

I got an urgent order from the buyer on 16 august. I delivered the work within 16 hours. But my buyer was absent and appeared near about 3 days later and requested modification. I made revisions according to his instructions and send him a copy without delivering the work
I was of the view that he may appear next and if he has any revision that time, I’ll do and will deliver the work.
But unfortunately, it’s now 4 days and he is still disappear.
Should I wait for him? I was of the view that if in his absent my work marked complete automatically, may he give me less star rate. Anyone who experienced this type of situation, please guide me.
thanks
Abdul

Your buyer could just be busy, especially over the weekend. However, you sent him a copy without delivering the work (not sure why you would do that). However, it won’t mark complete until you do so.

You should deliver it again. The buyer will get an email stating his order is ready. If he doesn’t respond, the order will be marked complete in 3 days. There’s no reason for the buyer to give a lower rating simply because the order was completed by the system.

If you are worried about a review, you could state something in your delivery message like ‘If you haven´t got time to check the delivery within the 3 days after which Fiverr automatically marks the order as ‘complete’, you are welcome to message me, in case of any problems with my work.’

Thanks @vapeskorea. Actually I didn’t deliver the work because I thought I must because I am new one and would not want to get disputes at early stage.

Please deliver the modified work, or your buyer will have a legitimate reason to start a dispute.

Just click on the ‘redeliver now’ button.

First, make sure the Live Portfolio option is turned on for your Gig. You will then need to send a JPG, PNG, or PDF file at delivery. Your buyer will decide whether it goes into your portfolio when they leave a review.

When delivering an order, you will see a preview of what will appear in your portfolio:

Hi

Most of the Buyer is Busy so once you deliver your job please mentioned that (Portfolio.jpg) its for my gig picture please review it so that other buyer can see it on my portfolio.

Its depend up to you that how you treat your buyer. my 95% gig picture that i was asked to my buyer to review it and approve it so that its can show on my Gig and other buyer can see it.
