And one more thing : can i sell my works on stock images,even after i sell it to buyer ?

Commercial use is when a image, font, soundtrack etc, is given permission once downloaded to be sold by the person that downloaded it.

I don’t think so. That’s where it gets tricky. I would research into that more. The thing is the images you have done are now the person’s you bought from. It depends, say you took a picture of a tree. Used it for a buyer, then wanted to sell to a stock photo site, that’s fine because that’s YOUR photo. Hope that makes sense.
