Feature Request: Send Digital goods automatically after payment

for all those who sell packaged GIGS, like pre-made graphics, files, ebooks etc - it would be awesome if Fiverr allowed to attach a file to the GIG, and when the buyer pays for it - it get’s sent automatically (zip, rar, pdf etc.).



That way if the seller can’t check his orders - the buyer won’t have to wait for a response, they’ll just get the files they wanted !

What if the buyer ordered the wrong gig, which seems to be an ever increasing problem on Fiverr.

that’s easy. Just give the buyers certain time so they cancel the gig. 30 min or 1 hour should be plenty.

Cancellations can cause a seller to lose their levels, so there is no point in creating a situation where you know it will be a problem.



Not sure of the percentage, but it seems according to some other threads, a 10 percent ratio will cause a seller to lose their levels.



In addition to that in my opinion not having personal interaction with your buyers may result in less sales, even the best automated system will leave buyers with questions and when answers are not forthcoming, sales will diminish.
