How can I get order easily? Any suggestions please

There is really no easy route. Read the many suggestions in the Improve my Gig and Tips for Sellers categories. You’ll have to apply yourself and work hard, sometimes for very little return. After you get enough orders to establish yourself it can get easier, but I’ve never found Fiverr easy.
