Buyer no response

Hi there,
I am having a problem. I got an order 2 days ago. It was quite an easy job. So I completed it and delivered it. After my buyer is not responding anymore. What will happen in this case? can anyone help me out?

Once you’ve delivered, you’ve done your bit. The buyer has nothing else to do - they can choose to accept your delivery and leave a review, or the order will automatically complete 3 days (ish) after your delivery.

Please don’t keep messaging your buyer - they might not like it! 🙂

No need to worry, this has happened a few times to me recently. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I waited it out and it gets automatically marked complete after 3 days. I found that sometimes they go back in and review, it just takes them longer to get back to you.

Only about 70% of orders receive a review - don’t stress about it - you’ll get more orders soon enough!
