Im getting many messages per day from new sellers and they are asking for work. Is it legal to give orders? Any others experiencing this situation?

New users sending other sellers random messages begging them to buy their gigs is spam. Report them.

I have guieded many of them to fiverr academy to learn and create their gigs.
