Someone help me! Should I have the buyer cancel the order or delay it for a long time?

I have a gig finding people apartments. A buyer just bought my gig and wants to move in November 1st, but apartment rentals only start popping up online about a month/month and a half before the lease is supposed to begin. So it’s August 10th now, I probably couldn’t send him a response with more than 5 apartments until September 20th at least. What should I tell him? Should I have him cancel the order? He seems more than willing to wait, but will a very very very delayed order affect my Fiverr level/penalize me? Which is the worser evil?

I have long term gigs sometimes I just tell them that because of how fiverr works I need to deliver the gig empty so it is not marked late. I have never had an issue with this.
