I am a new user of fiverr. I am using 2 phone number in my modem. My question is- is it possible to Fiverr to trace my phone number?

Which information they collect from my account?

If you’re not doing anything wrong, there’s no reason to worry about what information is traced by Fiverr.

The real question is this - why are you that paranoid & concerned about them tracking your number?

Two different number in your modem means two different IP. No problem to use multiple IP addresses from the same account. Fiverr track mac id, IP address and some other info to track multiple user and unusual activity.
