Can't change email address

Hello

I seem to be stuck. I would like to change my email address attached to my account as I no longer have access to the one previously used. However when I try I get sent a confirmation link I need to click but again its sent to my old email address. I tried to submit a customer support querie but it also needs me have access to my email address.
It would be funny if it weren’t so frustrating.
