Canceled order - refund

hi, i canceled one gig of $ 25 and i cant take back by money, and there is no option i am not seen in the site to withdraw my money. Any one have any idea how to take back? or any contact email of fiverr get solve this issue ?

Why did it take 14 days? it look fishy… ( why should i keep my money with Fiverr? they should have pay back with in the next working days… they are not even showing any where to get back money.

you can’t withdraw because refunded money is only useful on fiverr.com

Hey there sunilcreates. After you order a gig on Fiverr and get a refund, you get Fiverr credit. You cannot withdraw the money. The only thing you can do is order another gig.

If you’re the buyer, then the money from the cancelled gig cannot be refunded back into your Paypal. It acts like store credit-you can use it only on Fiverr.
