sadi24
Hi, I’ve worked with a 3D Modeling and Rendering image for a residential building a few months ago. I’ve found that a new seller opened his fiverr account in June 2017 who has copied my work example image in his newly created gig. Do I need to contact with support regarding the issue? Do they remove the image and ban the seller immediately? I’m very much disappointed with it.Thank youSadi
matureactress
Yes. Take a screenshot of the new Seller’s example image as well as your own and send them with as much details as needed to CS immediately.
irmartinezz
In a brief sense: yes, you should bring this up with customer support. Because if I’m not mistaken, this is considered a violation of TOS - just don’t quote me on that. Using an image that they don’t have the creative rights to is something that they have no right to do, especially if you can provide enough evidence in your case.Providing you give customer support as much information as you can to prove your case, the other gig/seller should be dealt with before too long. What happens to the seller could either be a suspension or a termination of their account, at least I would presume, due to the fact that they’re using an image that they have no creative rights to; whereas you completely do.Hope this helps!
