Sometimes its really really tough!

i spent a lot of my time last week completing an order and i also gave an unlimited revisions to that and when i delivered the order the customer asked for one revision and then directly told to cancel the order all the huge time i spent feels like waste now i didn’t know what to do so i just cancelled the order… what would you do if you were in such situation… i just feel so frustrated but i know i have to bear it…😥

Well that my friend was really not a fair play from client’s side. But i don’t think you could have done much about it. You could have gone for resolve issue option but still if client says m not satisfied then i don’t think fiver would do something about it. I am not a success so far on this platform. But a friend of mine had some issue with a seller he tried to reach out to the support but no use. He even had to put his profile to vacation mode for couple of days just to avoid that one client. I wish you luck in the future. All you can do is to make clear things to the client at the start. Even then if conflicts happen a seller cant do much about it.

I have also faced this issues but in such situation try to be patient and contact buyer and ask why they want to cancel order and try to satisfy your clients for what they want. you can also contact fiverr support team

I will do it from next time first time was not having any idea about it

Well, these kind of situations came, to handle such situations you need to follow following things.

Write a Proper description that what service do you provide, I mean it should be to the point.
Also, make your FAQ clear, so the client should know about it.
When you get the order clear the client mind by telling them what you will do in this order.

with Good communication skills you can solve the issue.

I would firmly say no. On the other hand I am not concerned with the possibility of a bad review like a newcomer to fiver might be. If I were I might have agreed to cancel.
