New Twisted & Weird Marketing Strategy or just to annoy

Lately, I am receiving many messages asking me if I have any work for them, one even sent me a message saying " Hi, any work for me?", some with very poor English and yet offering translations of all sorts of languages and some without even having Gigs.
I mean is this a new marketing strategy to increase impressions, clicks, and views or just to annoy other translators and service providers?
If it is a strategy to increase impressions and clicks, they are taking risks, because people will be tempted to report this kind of activities, and I will report next time I receive any such sort of messages.

I feel some of these people are not taking Fiverr a serious platform and they might think this is an easy way to make money or a scheme for easy money, this is a serious business environment and it offers people a platform to put their skills to use and provide excellent services to clients who need these services.
I suggest that people work on their Gigs and offer what they can actually deliver, or have skills for, frauding people, or hoping for a quick money is not a skill and will never take anyone anywhere.
Clients are not fools, and you may fool some people some times, but you can never fool all the people all the time.

Had anyone had this kind of experiences?
