How to accept a gig after work is delivered

I am a Seller, but have never been a Buyer.

A recent Buyer was unsure how to accept a gig after I delivered the work.

What can I tell her? Which button should she click?

You cannot deliver work if a gig has not been ordered yet. If a buyer wants to order a gig, there is a big green button to ORDER. If you send them a custom offer, they have to click accept. If they haven’t done one of those things, there is no way you could have delivered since you don’t see a deliver button when you don’t have an active order.

The buyer ordered the gig the right way. I delivered the work the right way. There was one small requested alterations which I did. The buyer was satisfied.

The buyer then wrote to me asking how to accept the order. As of right now, the status is In Revision.

If the order is still in revision, that means you need to redeliver. Just go to the order page to do it.

There’s no new delivery, which is why your buyer can’t accept.

Once you click it
That will be marked as delivered and completed

@plappen As the others mentioned, if the order is in a revision, you just need to redeliver (deliver again) and then the buyer must click accept. Good luck!
