I don’t know why my account is disabled suddenly. I contacted CS they will reply in 24 hrs.

Fiverr send message on email:

{ This is an automated message to let you know that your Fiverr account has been disabled.

This message was triggered by one of the following:
You either requested us to disable your account or that your account was flagged by our system as violating our Terms of Service and/or other policies.

Any available balance that remains in your account after 90 days, will be available for withdrawal pending account verification and approval by our team. }

Will I get my account back?
Why this happened I don’t know.

If you didn’t ask for it to be terminated, then this is the reason. I’d suggest reading the Terms a Service better and not going against it should you be given another chance.

you will not back it. At first you should read fiverr terms and conditions very carefully

Don’t give up too soon.

Contact the CS and have them explain why was your Account disabled and what were the infringements.

It could end up being a mistake or misunderstanding.

Communicate with CS politely, professionally and you’ll be on the best way towards understanding why, how and when.

They said that this is due to using more than one account. But I swear I didn’t used any account. I had only one account and it was the only source of income. 😦

May be your friend or family member used your computer to login his account via your computer. Confirm and contact CS again

no @johnwangui I don’t let any one to use my computer. Everytime its locked and no one uses without me.

Anyway now only Fiverr CS can you tell them the whole truth and explain to them it’s not your fault! But there is hardly a chance for you to get it back

For these reason it may happen:

1.No activity

2.Complain from many buyer

3.If you follow other seller gig

4.Always late on delivering order

Did they explain the exact reasons why it was disabled?

It was probably a misunderstanding based on the activity of your IP Adress.

Are you logging in to your account from Shared IPs, connections used my multiple parties or Internet Caffes?

It would be worth looking into that.

@richardbloch no I don’t think that its shared ip, niether multiple parties nor internet caffes.

I used a usb internet device. Its ip changes automatically each time we connect. So maybe this was issue I think.

It could be that. Then again, it could be because a woman with a handbag full of butterflies sneezed on a watermelon in Bhutan. Who the hell knows and who the hell ever will know, what with the big wall of evil secrecy surrounding this issue?

All we do know is that at any moment Fiverr can and will kill you.

I’d suggest asking the CS about it, as that will give you the opportunity to clear up the misunderstanding and prevent it from happening again.

If it’s something you are unaware of, who is to say that the next time they disable your Account they won’t keep it that way?

Getting a “Why” is more important than getting your account reinstated, even though it may not seem that way at this point.

Getting a “Why” is more important than getting your account reinstated, even though it may not seem that way at this point.

@richardbloch Yeah you are right. I also thought to asking about this to CS. But I don’t know how to tell them.
