Account disabled need help! :( :(

My previous account is disabled today few hours later. Really shocked and feeling sad. I also contacted the Customer support by using this account. I really don’t no why this happened suddenly. Today I completed 30 days and also more than 10 orders with 4.7 rating and I was going to achieve level 1.

Please I need help any suggestions. Can I get my account back? Is this happened to anyone?
