This user has hijacked other members domain and is not returning it unless receiving payment. He also threatens to keep the domain unless the customer leaves a 5 star review. Avoid this user as he is a scammer.

The problem is sharing someone’s username on Forum is not allowed. Contact Cs with proofs asap

Please remove the username from your post, and contact customer services as soon as possible.

1st immediately contact to hosting company, Change Control Panel password.
If you can prove to host company that you are the real owner of that domain they will secure it for you.
After that, you can open a ticket on support. Add screenshot of your conversation.
And for now please remove the user name from the title. It’s against Forum rule.
