Why Fiverr Support Buyer?

Hello Dear members…

i want to know about the favoritism of fiverr for order cancellation of buyer…

Facts:
one person order me a booklet…from rough pdf and i prepared it…and deliver to buyer…and his first review was"

"Buyer’s first expression when see first delivery of order:

I really like what I see and I would like to work with you.

There are some issues that need to be adjusted for all files.
For one, we can’t have any drawings, pictures or illustrations of any woman or girls.
The numbers on the work sheets on the bottom of the page should be left out"

after that i deliver so many times…but he can’t satisfy or i think he get what he need…and finally he create dispute and the customer support person even don’t ask from me and cancel order…

what about my time waste on that project…and my deliveries to the buyers…

please guide me…

Hello, I doubt if anyone here can tell you why they did that. I have not been in that position before. My experience has been that customer support is very fair. If they cancelled the order there does not seem to be anything more you can do.

Without any buyers Fiverr is useless. You can have all the sellers you want but if nobody buys gigs what good are the sellers? People forget that.

So ya. Fiverr favors the buyers. They kind of have to.

If a seller happens to get screwed and puts up a fuss… who cares. For every seller that leaves Fiverr 1000 more join. Every day. It’s the buyers you have to make happy. Not the sellers.

Thats why fiverr support Buyers.
