Why my response rate is going down?

Usually I reply each and every message within 1 hour. but yesterday I received a message which marked as spam. I unspam it and reply. two days ago my response rate was 97%, but now it’s 91% why this is going down? What are the factors which determines response rate?😥

You need to reply your message from client on-time to increase your response rate.

Do not late when you receive any message and also reply every last message .

I have the same issue. I respond quickly yet my response rate is terrible, almost like I missed someone but I know that I responded to everyone. It happens monthly. I don’t know what to do about it.

I think they’re talking about the situation where even if you do reply on time, Fiverr still lowers your response rate.

If I remember correctly, this has been a bug that’s been around for a while now 😦 hasn’t happened to me personally, but I feel like a few similar posts have cropped up a while back. Really sucks that we can’t do anything about these recurring bugs.
