Crippling Review - Is this the end?

I received a negative review which did not reflect the work I offered at all. 3 things were stated in the review which I don’t agree with:

Telling people to beware and not to buy - this isn’t nice, we are all here to make either a little extra cash or a career like myself.

2 & 3
Two things which where just flat out lies - why would you ever consider doing this!!

I am happy to receive a negative review as long as it is honest, I don’t think people understand the impact a negative review which followed with a lie can have on us sellers.

Any of you had a similar experience?

Sorry you’ve had this happen to you - it’s never nice.

Some options:
Through the order resolution centre, contact the buyer and ask them to change the review (chances - slim to none by the sounds of it, I’m afraid)

Contact CS with proof that what the buyer said wasn’t true, and was malicious - now CS used to really help with stuff like this, but I believe not so much these days. If you do contact them - use the T&S - bad user behaviour option.

On the other hand, the rest of your reviews are excellent, and you’ve had a great one since, so you could just let it ride, and see how things go - many buyers aren’t put off by one negative, and see it for what it is. Also, you’ve got lots of orders in your queue, so it’ll drop off the bottom soon enough. If you want to do it this way, make sure you reply to the negative in a calm and professional way (I’m sure you would anyway!), so readers can see how you’ve handled it.

i have got some negative reviews against my 1600+ positive reviews. I contact CS 5/6 about this problem! Cs once remove one of my negative reviews, cause buyer came after 1 week i deliver the work, so it was automitically completed. and he wrote he asked more revisions and i did not deliver!
I contact CS saying he is lying and i never got any response in 1 week after i deliver my work! CS checked the orders, and they remove the feedback , as it was a clearly lie!
