Need a little help here Please! And also a question: How do I know what type of gig I am providing on fiverr is for me or not?

I have a buyer who bought an infographic gig from me. He told me he’s interested in it, on account of seeing the live portfolio. Now from his side communications have been a bit broken. I tried mending it but … It just didn’t happen well. He showed me a website and told me to make an infographic. But then it was my guess that he’s asking for a certain area of the webpage to be turned into an infographic. Now how I usually work is that I discuss stuff and ask for a sketch. I think maybe he didn’t saw that instruction or I didn’t ask for it too. Now it’s been twice I submitted what he wanted and he said he’s completely disappointed. Now how do I take this forward? Or should I cancel it altogether?
And for the second question, I have tools using which I can offer pretty much a big of services (Adobe InDesign and illustrator), so I just happened to venture in the infographic gig. This maybe the first person for whom it didn’t work that well.
Need your views and opinions please.

Are you able to provide what the buyer is looking for? If so, offer him a revision.
If the order has been delivered, it’s not going to be easy to cancel. If you can’t issue a cancellation request through the resolution center you would have to go through customer support. Good luck 😉

Here’s the dilemma. He said I’m relying on your creativity as to how you can make it into an infographic and also that he will , at the end of the day appreciate good work. Now I’m not able to think with that kind of creative way to make what he wants, or at least be happy with. I think I’m facing a certain block that’s not letting me go forward.

Cancel the project and spend your time on others.
