A buyer ordered from me and gave me a negative rating, precisely four(4) stars but I later corrected what she requested for. Please how can she increase the rating, she cannot find modify review from her end. Thanks in advance

Has it been more than 3 days since she left it? She just goes to the order page at the bottom where she will see the review and puts in 5 stars.

I believe buyers cannot modify their rating at all anymore. Instead, the seller has to initiate a dispute, asking the buyer to make the change.

mrproofreading might be right. You need to request that she modifies it with the request review revision button on the order page.

No he is saying YOU must ASK HER to change it using the request for review change button.

I wouldn’t say that four stars are negative feedback. Negative feedback is something below 3 stars. 🙂

Hi,

You can go to the order page and press resolve button on the right side, they you’ll find 2 options, one of them would be, allow buyer to change the review or something similar to that (I don’t remember the exact words) as soon the dispute will be opened from your side, your buyer would be able to change her review within 3 days. So after opening the dispute contact your buyer and tell her that she can change the rating as well as her review for you.
