What will happen if order cancel automatically?

First of all, you must know that if an order is cancelled automatically (after those 2 days of waiting for the buyer to accept it but the buyer hasn’t accepted it in that period) it is considered a forced cancellation (that’s what CS told me several times in a row) - I know, really unfair since a buyer might respond once a week.

Forced cancellations are bad, and as far as I remember, they are worse than mutual cancellations where the buyer actually accepts to cancel within 2 days.

As for what happens next, I know that your order completion rating will drop (although this happens for any cancellation, including mutual cancellations where the buyer accepts to cancel on time), and there’s likely a chance that the search positioning of your gig will decrease, which in turn can lead to less sales.

That’s so ironic. Forced cancellations means the buyer hasn’t responded is uninterested in the purchase. These cancellations should actually put a ban or label on the buyer account.

Then we will have to wait 60 days (without cancellations) and our rating will be restored again 😃 !!!
