Thank you for contacting us today. As you already know, you need to have at least a 90% rating to send offers on buyer request and you currently have a 20%.

We recommend all sellers promote their Gigs on social media to bring more traffic to their Gigs which could mean more sales. Once you have completed more orders with positive reviews, your rating will go back up to 90%.
