A Weird Experience: My Client changed!

I have been working here for more than three years. For the last two years, I had been working with one of my favorite clients. I had a warm relation with him. His jobs were always same, simple and easy. So I was enjoying his job.

However, recently everything changes. The order before the last order he gave me a negative review where I always got 05 stars from him. I asked why he gave me a negative, where was the problem? He told me that he needs lots of modifications. If I do this, then he will change his review. After several modifications, he changed the review. I was really upset with his behavior.

The last order was the final. He asked for so many changes that I became exhausted. After several modifications today he threatened me that if I do not fix his problems within 24 hours, then he will think twice 😦 Now I realized that he is not that person whom I worked with. So it was better to give him a refund rather than getting a negative review. So I refunded him.

I am an expert in my niche, and I know my work very well. This is a weird experience for me. The person asking for modifications do not know his work properly. It seems that my client changed, another person operating this profile instead of him. I am always honest with my clients. If any client gives me a negative (only a few clients did this ) or not satisfied with my work, then I request them not to do any business with me in future. So I sent him the same message to him.

It was the last job with him. However, I will miss that person who gave me jobs regularly and after finishing the jobs gave me a 5-star review with nice compliments.

I will miss you, man! You were my favorite client 😦 I will remember as long as I will be here.

That would have done it for me, I would have told this buyer after that I would not be working for him again and to find someone else he could do that to.
