What do you mean? You’re a level 2 seller with 124 reviews. Your last delivery was 11 days ago. I’m not saying that you’re getting many orders, but you definitely did get some, and enough to become a level 2 seller.

Update your pricing
Submit offers under buyers budget in order to get some sales and reviews
Make sure you send your 10 offers everyday
Be sure to always be available and prompt
Be professional and watch grammar and punction when speaking with potential clients
