probably they are part-time sellers. you could try cancelling the order. Again this will negatively affect the buyer, so avoid this next time at all cost

One of the choices you will have is: This isn’t what I wanted. Click that to initiate a mutual cancellation.

First of all…How long did you place the order? richan86 advice is spot on, but you should also contact Customer Support just to inform them of the mater for later discussions.
