Buyer ordered same Service twice now Opened a dispute! Help me!

My buyer ordered same thing once again before order delivering but now Opened a dispute and want to cancel it.he claims he accidentally ordered , what should I do now?
I don’t want bad review or 1 star!

If you agree to mutual cancellation and the order isn’t very late, you won’t get a review at all. Your cancellation rate will be affected, but if your buyer ordered by mistake, I suppose cancellation is the only thing you can do.
