Other way for payment?

Hello, I like to hire someone here and I have to pay first. That is okay since the amount is not so much. But, problem is when I try to pay, it link to paypal and our country “Myanmar” is not in this link and we can’t use Paypal in our country though we have debit card to pay online. Is there any other way to pay? Thanks in advance.
