Hi,

Would love to hear some opinions on this.

Why does the fiver platform say there is late delivery of Gig when buyers fail to response on time as well.

For example, when I deliver a gig, buyer fails to response till I hour until the delivery is over. But fiver still says I deliverd the gig late.

Don’t get. Any opinions

A gig (and the countdown) cannot start until the buyer completes their order requirements.

Are you asking all the right questions in the requirements section, to let you complete the gig without any further contact from the buyer?

No I am talking about after a gig is delivered.

You know fiverr gives an additional 24 hrs to complete order after Buyer wants additional revisions.

My problem is for example after I deliver a gig which has a 24 hr delivery time, the countdown still reads and the buyer response 1 hour to the countdown completion. Fiverr now tells me my delivery was late which is not the case. It was the buyer who did not respond early.

Hope it clear?

So you’re asking about the LATE description after a modification is requested?

The countdown stops when you initially deliver the order, so although the countdown says ‘LATE’, it actually isn’t because you delivered on time.

As far as I’m aware, it can stay in the late state indefinitely without any penalty, so long as you initially delivered on time.
