Is There Any solution for blank orders !?

Hi

So one of the main biggest problem in fiver nowadays is getting blank orders from clients.

Couple of week ago When I already had 4/5 orders everyday some of the clients made blank orders
repetitively.First time I messaged them that “Please order before you made any purchase”.So what happened next is instead of saying something nice they became rude and aggressive and the result was bad.I had to cancel some of the orders and now My gig is back out from the Fiverr search result.

I wont ask for a solution because I know there are no solution for blank orders .

From what you’ve written here, your buyers may have thought you were being rude to them and that may be why they were rude in return. Your statement “Please order before you made any purchase” doesn’t actually make sense, so a buyer might have been offended by it or didn’t understand it.

It is very rare that I get an order where the buyer doesn’t fill in requirements, but if I do I send them a very polite message with careful wording. I ask them to please submit the information I need to work on their delivery. If you don’t know how to write that properly, hire someone to help you or get an English teacher to assist you.

That should cut way down on any problems you might have. On those rare occasions that a buyer does not ever send you requirements, you might need to cancel eventually, but you can just let it sit in queue for as long as you need to.

Be careful not to select the option that starts the order without requirements unless you already have the information you need before you send a custom offer. That will also help you with this kind of thing.
