My first order was a sad experience

Hi everyone,

I´m new here and I had yesterday my first order. It was an easy translation of 2 pages.

the buyer didn´t want to hire me first, second he wanted to pay less (I talk about not so much money)… we discussed about it and at the end we had an agreement. when I sent the translation, he wanted to controll if I used google or something else ( the translation was in italian and I´m mothertongue) and then he refused the translation because he was sure of my incompetence. he opened a dispute and he wrote me “The quality of the work I received was poor - You just use google to translate then revised in 47 times. Thanks no let’s forward this case to management of Fiver.com”.
I have a german laptop with a german keyboard so yes, I corrected every accent before to send it.
he has my text… and he can use it but he didn´t pay me.
the question is: if it was a book? if I worked on it for days? how can I (we as seller) protect my work and time? in these situations, what can I do?
