Can't show my gig in anywhere in fiverr search page

Hi,
My gig was always in fiverr’s search first page . But since 2days i can’t find my gig anywhere in fiverr’s search page . Then i contact fiverr customer support for hep and then they replied to me below message :

Fiverr CS Message :

It seems that your Gigs violate our Terms of Service.

So that we can evaluate your request, please provide us with:

A description of your copyrighted work and what is protected under the copyrights that you are referring to
Your copyrights certificate/designation and the type, e.g., registered trade mark, registered copyrights, etc.
A proof of your copyrights ownership, such as the registration number or a copy of the registration certificate
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner.
Your name and electronic or physical signature

It appears that you’ve used content that doesn’t belong to you. Your text, profile, descriptions, photo, gig videos, gig images and sold work should all be licensed to or created by you.

Just in a glance, I see that part of one of your gig images has also been used on a site called imaginovation. That is probably a violation of copyright.

If you don’t use content that you have a right to use, Fiverr can remove your gigs or account at any time.
