Issues in buyers request

I tried assessing the BR and the systems reply was i must have at least 90% rating to be allowed to send offers. Please i am confused and is was this what most people experienced?

promote your gig links outside of Fiverr like Social medias Blog comments and other Forums . this is the last Way to get orders and increase your ratings .

Your feedback rating needs to be 4.5 before you can send replies to buyers’ requests - it’s all about buyers being able to trust you.

It’s a common thing. If your profile rating below 90% then you can’t send buyer request.
