I offer a revision in my 15$ gig, and the buyer used a second one. Is that posible?

Yes, it’s possible. Buyers can request as many revisions as they want, the system won’t stop them. It’s up to you to tell them you only offer one free revision and to charge for every next one.

Hi roots282

Thank you for your advice.

The thing is that the buyer already used the second revision

now the system is asking me to deliver again.

And if I don´t deliver the order will be marked as late.

It dosn´t matter if I tell the buyer i already made the modification.

The client is asking me for changes, no modifications.

Even though i could talk to the buyer, the buyer already has

the revision made it and i can´t do nothing about it.

What to do in these cases ?

First of all, you don’t have to worry about the order being late, because rejected orders don’t have any negative effect on your profile if they get late.

As for the second revision, you could explain to your buyer that you won’t be making any changes to your work unless they purchase additional revisions, for which you can send an offer. If they don’t agree, you can either make the changes they want for free, deliver the same thing as before (not sure that would be allowed, but it is an option), let the order stay rejected and forget about it, or cancel. I don’t think you should do any of these before you try asking them to buy additional revisions.

Have you tried explaining the situation to your buyer? Maybe you’ll be able to resolve this without any issues now that you know you do have a choice.

Thank you so much roots282

i really apreciate your help !

Thank you so much ! You are very kind !

I didn´t know that the delate do not affect me once the buyer asked for a revision.

I do understand what you are saying. The thing is that I was surprised because the

buyer asked for another revision, when the order says only one.

Thanks for the advice.

Hi Miquel,

Despite of you offering 1 revision only, the buyer can still come back and ask for another revision.

I would suggest to start charging for additional revisions. You can set up a gig extra for this and if a client comes back for a 2nd or 3rd revision you can send him a custom add on.

Make sure to include the details to what you offer in your gig description as well as your FAQs.

You’re welcome!

Unfortunately, not all buyers read gig and order descriptions, or respect your rules. Explain what you offer and ask them to respect that - those who are reasonable will do it, but good luck dealing with the unreasonable ones! 🙂

Hi, once they have used their revisions, if they request another one it is an opportunity to send them a gig extra and sell them another revision.
