vladxd Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Hello,i have a customer who wants to cancel his order,he says that he was expecting me to give him some softwareThis is what he says “Sorry…that is not what i expect…What i Really Need are the SEO Software…Backlinks Software,SEO Analysis Bot,Link-Index Checker Bot,and many more”.Everything about my product was written in the description,and there was nothing about software of any kind…if i accept the cancellation,my positive rating will drop to 50 percent,because i have only made one sale before,and my cancellation rate will increase to 50 percent,after that no one will want to buy my product and i will not level up,even tough i have a quality product,and the first client is the living proof of that.I am just frustrated… Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
